Gorgeous Luxury Tiny House on Wheels For Sale in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Price: $60,000
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Size: 170 sq. ft.
FOR SALE
This is a custom built tiny house featuring a sleeping loft that can fit a queen bed and storage loft with built in shelving and clothing rack. This tiny house is on an 8.5ftx20ft trailer and is 13ft tall which makes it road legal without any special permits, but also provides ample living space. It has a full kitchen including a propane oven/two burner stove, solar powered fridge, top of the line Delta faucet, champagne bronze fittings, and butcher block counter tops. The bathroom includes a composting toilet, full sized shower, sink, and storage. The tiny house is equipped with four roof mounted solar panels, six solar batteries tucked away inside the couch, an on-demand propane water heater, grey water tank, and a beautiful thermostat controlled propane fireplace. The space is open and was customized with large windows to let in tons of natural light. This tiny house was built in Quebec, Canada using eco friendly spray foam insulation (R21) to handle cold climates if necessary. The outside of the tiny house is a treated cedar that will age beautifully. An added bonus is a built in projector screen tucked under the sleeping loft and an HDMI hookup under the storage loft to connect a projector for your own home theater system. Not only is this a beautiful tiny home, but the builders thought of every detail to make this tiny home functionally exceptional.
