In this video we learn how to set a high pass filter at 20hz on a miniDSP 2x4HD. You need to set this so that you don't destroy your ported sub by pushing it too hard below its tuning frequency. This is very useful for DIY (Do It Yourself) subwoofers, especially Marty, mini-marty, marty cube, GSG subs, etc. All passive ported (vented) subwoofers should have a high pass filter to protect the driver.
