How To Make Restaurant Style Butter Chicken
chicken breast 500 gm
Next, slice this into small pieces.
Marinate the chicken with
1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder,
1/2 teaspoon garam masala,
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste,
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste,
1tablespoon lime juice,
salt, and keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
In a pan heat, some oil and butter then fry the marinated chicken pieces in it, once done keep aside.
In the same pan add oil, a spoonful of butter and 2 medium-size onion,
3-4 cardamom,3-4 cloves once the onions cooked
add 4 medium-size tomatoes and one hand full of cashew nuts.
Add some water and
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste,
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste,
2 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder,
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder,
1tablespoon malt vinegar,
2 teaspoon sugar, and salt
Evenly mix it and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes
once it's cooked well, let it cool for some time then make it a fine puree and
Strain it into the bowl making sure there is minimal wastage.
Pour it into the pan then add 2 tablespoon cream, chicken, 1 tablespoons butter,
and a pinch of kasoori methi, add some water if it's too
thick now mix well and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Garnish it with cream and kasoori methi
Butter Chicken is ready to be served!......
