Medu Vada is a popular South Indian Snacks Recipe made of Urad Dal. A perfect recipe to be served as an easy breakfast recipe or evening snacks recipe, with crispy exterior and soft interior. Learn more recipe :

Urad Dal 1 cup (black gram)
Kadi Patta 1 strand (curry leaves)
Hara Dhania handful (fresh coriander)
Hari Mirch 4 - 5 (green chilies)
Adrak 1/2 tbsp (ginger )
Hing 2 pinch (asafoetida)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Its an easy snacks recipe made of Urad Dal batter, flavored with Ginger, Green Chilies, Hing, Kadi Patta and later deep fried until crispy and golden brown. Best served warm with Sambar and Coconut Chutney. Enjoy!
