Milo Ice Cream | How to make home made ice cream (no ice cream maker)


740ml all purpose cream (chilled overnight)
410ml evaporated milk (chilled overnight)
450ml condensed milk (chilled overnight)
2 cups milo powder (extra for toppings)


sprinkles, chocolate chips, chocolate flakes, chocolate syrup

we need:

3oz cups


1) Place beaters in the freezer for 1 hour
2) Combine evaporated milk and milo powder. Mix well
3) Add condensed milk and mix well
4) *Chill milk mixture while whipping the cream
5) Set up: get a big basin. Add ice and place mixing bowl or big stainless pot over the ice
*surround the sides with ice
6) Whip all purpose cream on high speed for 10 minutes
7) Gradually add milk mixture(evaporated milk, condensed milk and milo powder)
8) Whip for another 5 minutes on high speed
9) For business: use salad cups or ice cream tub
10)Add toppings
11)Freeze overnight
