I bought this house as a flip a couple of months ago. The house had tenants in it, and the wholesaler I bought the house from promised they would be out. When we bought it they were not out but promised it would only be one day. The people moved out, but the dogs never did. The people would come back to feed their four dogs once in a while. We had to go through an eviction to get them out. It took two months to get the eviction scheduled because the tenants had no lease and we did not know their names.

The eviction was scheduled for last Wednesday, but the dogs were still there and the sheriff wanted animal control. We rescheduled for the next day and luckily I was able to convince the tenant to get her dogs before she lost them. The house was nasty as you can see! Trash, poop, dead animals, and mice everywhere. We were supposed to clear everything out in an hour, but that would have been impossible. Luckily the tenant text me saying she did not want her stuff, only a cat who may be there somewhere. We were given all the time we needed to trash it out. It has taken four dumpsters so far. We found a dead snake and rat (???) in the house which was responsible for much of the smell.

I bought the house for $192,000 and it needs $30,000 to $40,000 in work. We hope to sell it for $280,000 but this will not make a whole lot of money. We will have some after, and in progress videos, as the work progresses.
